How it works:
A YRT-marked vehicle will pick you up and drop you off at your requested bus stop serviced by On-Request Unionville Local (see map above). Any stop within the service area may be chosen for your start or end location.
How to book a ride:
- To book a ride during service hours, call 1-844-667-5327 at least 60 minutes in advance of your trip. Please call on the day you wish to travel.
- Customer Service Representatives will assist with trip planning and provide you with the best available travel plans
- You may have to wait up to 60 minutes to allow the vehicle to complete other trips
- Service operates on a first-come, first-served basis
- If booking for a connection with a YRT route or any other time-sensitive drop-off, please add 15 minutes to your travel time to ensure on-time arrival. This will allow extra time in case of traffic delays, etc.
How to pay:
Regular YRT fares apply. The operator will be able to accept all YRT fare media including PRESTO, the YRT Pay App, Transit App, credit card, debit card and exact change.
