YRT offers two special pass discount programs:
Transit Assistance Program (TAP)
York Region is offering the Transit Assistance Program (TAP) to help make transit more affordable for eligible residents.
TAP participants are eligible for half price rides using a PRESTO card. After 40 trips, rides will be free for unlimited travel for the remainder of the calendar month.

The YRT@Work Program is currently under review. YRT is evaluating the program and will provide an update in 2024.
