Viva blue

Viva blue service will begin earlier in the morning.

Sundays/Holidays:

Service will begin earlier in the morning and will be adjusted as follows:

First northbound trip from Finch GO Bus Terminal will depart at 5:43 a.m.
First southbound trip from Newmarket Terminal will depart at 6:55 a.m.

Route 4 – Major Mackenzie

Route 4 – Major Mackenzie servicing Major Mackenzie West Terminal will exit the terminal via Amusement Drive.

Weekdays:

Schedules will be adjusted.

Frequency will be adjusted as follows:

Early morning – approximately every 17 minutes

Morning rush hour- approximately every 15 minutes

Midday – approximately every 23 minutes

Afternoon rush hour – approximately every 14 to 18 minutes

Evening – approximately every 16 minutes

Late evening – approximately every 17 minutes

First and last trips will be adjusted.

Saturdays:

Frequency will be adjusted as follows:

Morning – approximately every 30 minutes

Afternoon – approximately every 28 minutes

Evening – approximately every 29 minutes

Last trips will be adjusted.

Sundays/Holidays:

Frequency will be adjusted as follows:

Morning – approximately every 29 minutes

Afternoon – approximately every 26 minutes

Evening – approximately every 28 minutes

Route 7 – Martin Grove

Route 7 – Martin Grove weekday service will be restructured to end at Humber Polytechnic and frequency will be adjusted.

Weekdays:

Service along Queens Plate Drive, Rexdale Boulevard, and Highway 27 south of Humber College Boulevard will be discontinued. Passengers may use TTC Route 927 – Highway 27 Express. There will be an additional southbound trip in the evening.

Frequency will be adjusted as follows:

Early morning – approximately every 23 minutes

Morning rush hour – approximately every 29 minutes

Midday – approximately every 32 minutes

Afternoon rush hour – approximately every 28 minutes

Evening – approximately every 41 to 45 minutes

First and last trips will be adjusted.

Route 8 – Kennedy

Route 8 – Kennedy weekday late evening service has been adjusted.

Route 9 – Ninth Line weekday schedules will be adjusted.

Route 20 – Jane

Route 20 – Jane servicing Major Mackenzie West Terminal will be restructured to exit the terminal via Amusement Drive. Schedules will be adjusted.

Frequency will be adjusted as follows:

Early morning – approximately every 11 minutes

Morning rush hour – approximately every 13 minutes

Midday – approximately every 15-17 minutes

Afternoon rush hour – approximately every 13 to 15 minutes

Evening – approximately every 13 minutes

Late evening – approximately every 20 to 22 minutes

First and last trips will be adjusted.

Morning – approximately every 12 to 13 minutes

Afternoon – approximately every 14 to 15 minutes

Route 25 – Major Mackenzie

Route 25 – Major Mackenzie weekday schedule will be adjusted to improve connections with GO trains at Richmond Hill GO Station.

5:54 a.m. westbound trip from Major Mackenzie Drive and Woodbine Avenue (stop 6654) will depart at 5:50 a.m.

6:18 a.m. westbound trip from Cornell Bus Terminal (stop 7338) will depart at 6:16 a.m.

7:14 a.m. westbound trip from Cornell Bus Terminal (stop 7338) will depart at 7:12 a.m.

Route 33 – Wellington-Leslie

Route 33 – Wellington-Leslie schedules will be adjusted.

Morning rush hour – approximately every 44 minutes

Midday – approximately every 44 minutes

Afternoon rush hour – approximately every 46 minutes

Evening – approximately every 38 minutes

Route 50 – Queensway weekday schedule will be adjusted to improve connections with GO trains at the Newmarket GO Station.

5:36 p.m. northbound trip from Newmarket Terminal will depart at 5:38 p.m.

6:04 p.m. northbound trip from Newmarket Terminal will depart at 6:07 p.m.

4:49 a.m. southbound trip from High Street and Burke Street will depart at 4:43 a.m.

Route 54 – Bayview

Route 54 – Bayview weekday schedule will be adjusted to improve connections with GO trains at the Aurora GO Station and the East Gwillimbury GO Station.

6:28 a.m. northbound trip from Victoria Street and Wellington Street will depart at 6:24 a.m.

6:37 a.m. southbound trip from East Gwillimbury GO Station will depart at 6:34 a.m.

6:52 a.m. northbound trip from Victoria Street and Wellington Street will depart at 6:50 a.m.

6:19 p.m. southbound trip from East Gwillimbury GO Station will depart at 6:20 p.m.

Route 55 – Davis

Route 55 – Davis weekday schedule will be adjusted to improve connections with GO trains at the Newmarket GO Station.

7:18 a.m. westbound trip from Davis Drive and Highway 404 will depart at 7:16 a.m.

Route 88 – Bathurst

Route 88 – Bathurst early morning southbound trip will depart from Seneca Polytechnic King Campus to provide earlier service to customers north of Elgin West Community Centre.

Service Adjustments:

Weekdays:

First southbound trip from Seneca Polytechnic College King Campus will depart at 5:37 a.m.

First trip will be adjusted.

Saturdays:

Frequency will be adjusted as follows:

Morning – approximately every 29 to 34 minutes

Afternoon – approximately every 29 minutes

Evening – approximately every 26 minutes

First and last trips will be adjusted.

Saturdays/Holidays:

Frequency will be adjusted as follows:

Morning – approximately every 31 to 35 minutes

Afternoon – approximately every 29 minutes

Evening – approximately every 25 minutes

Route 90/90B – Leslie schedules will be adjusted.

Route 90: Frequency will be adjusted as follows:

Route 90B: Select northbound trips will be adjusted at Don Mills Station as follows:

7:21 a.m. northbound trip from Don Mills Station will depart at 7:20 a.m.

3:57 p.m. northbound trip from Don Mills Station will depart at 3:56 p.m.

Route 96 – Keele-Yonge

Route 96 – Keele-Yonge weekday schedule will be adjusted to improve connections with GO trains at the King City GO Station.

Service Adjustments:

Weekdays:

3:56 p.m. southbound trip from Newmarket Terminal will depart at 3:58 p.m.

Route 165 – Weston

Route 165 – Weston routes using Major Mackenzie West Terminal will exit the terminal via Amusement Drive and will be restructured onto Weston Road and service along Old Weston Road will be discontinued. Customers may use new stops along Steeles Avenue.

Route 320 – Jane Express

Route 320 – Jane Express routes servicing Major Mackenzie West Terminal will exit the terminal via Amusement Drive. Service will be adjusted to match Canada’s Wonderland and Vaughan Mills Mall’s business hours.

Service Adjustments:

Weekdays:

Canada’s Wonderland is expected to be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (with some exceptions). Vaughan Mills Mall will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Frequency will be as follows:

Approximately every 14 minutes from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Approximately every 12 minutes from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Approximately every 17 minutes from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Approximately every 11 minutes from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Canada’s Wonderland will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Vaughan Mills Mall will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on:

Friday, May 16

Fridays from May 30 to June 27

Monday, June 23 to Thursday, June 26

Evening schedules will not be extended. Passengers may use Route 20 as an alternative on these dates.

First and last trips will be adjusted.

Saturdays:

Canada’s Wonderland is expected to be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (with some exceptions). Vaughan Mills Mall will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Frequency will be as follows:

Approximately every 11 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Approximately every 16 minutes from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Approximately every 12 minutes from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

First and last trips will be adjusted.

Sundays/Holidays:

On Sundays and Monday, May 19 (Victoria Day), Canada’s Wonderland is expected to be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (with some exceptions). Vaughan Mills Mall will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Frequency will be as follows:

Approximately every 11 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Approximately every 17 minutes from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Approximately every 11 minutes from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

First and last trips will be adjusted.

On Sunday, May 18 and Sunday, June 22, Canada’s Wonderland is expected to be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Vaughan Mills Mall will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Frequency will be as follows:

Approximately every 11 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Approximately every 17 minutes from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Approximately every 11 minutes from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Route 360 – Vaughan Mills / Wonderland

Route 360 – Vaughan Mills / Wonderland routes servicing Major Mackenzie West Terminal will exit the terminal via Amusement Drive. Service will be adjusted to match Canada’s Wonderland and Vaughan Mills Mall’s business hours.

Saturdays:

Canada’s Wonderland is expected to be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (with some exceptions). Vaughan Mills Mall will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Frequency will be every 30 minutes all day.

First and last trips will be adjusted.

Sundays/Holidays:

On Sundays and Monday, May 19 (Victoria Day), Canada’s Wonderland is expected to be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (with some exceptions). Vaughan Mills Mall will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Frequency will be every 28 minutes all day.

First and last trips will be adjusted.

On Sunday, May 18 and Sunday, June 22, Canada’s Wonderland is expected to be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Vaughan Mills Mall will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Frequency will be every 28 minutes all day.

GO Transit Service Changes

** Effective May 10, 2025 **

GO Bus Route 47W – McMaster/Hwy 407 Terminal and Route 52X – Oshawa/Hwy 407 Terminal: will be extended to Major Mackenzie West Terminal to provide seasonal service to Canada’s Wonderland on weekends and holidays only. The routes will service Major Mackenzie West Terminal.

47W – McMaster/Hwy 407 Terminal will operate on a one-hour frequency

52X – Oshawa/Hwy 407 Terminal will operate on a two-hour frequency

School holidays and P.A. days for secondary schools in the York Region District School Board (YRDSB) and the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) are listed below:
