Customer Satisfaction Survey
We would love to hear from you
Beginning November 4, you may be approached by Experience Advisors soliciting in-person feedback from YRT riders in York Region to take part in YRT’s Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The Survey is a semi-annual survey to ask riders for their feedback on YRT’s services. The survey will take 5-7 minutes to complete. All data collected will remain confidential.
Participation is voluntary, and you may skip questions that you feel uncomfortable answering. The data collected will be used to understand your satisfaction with and use of YRT’s services to make improvements to serve you better.
