Metrolinx is making it more convenient to choose transit by offering customers another way to pay their fare by tapping a digital version of the PRESTO card in Apple Wallet, on an iPhone or Apple Watch.

This new payment option is now available on York Region Transit (YRT), GO Transit, UP Express, Brampton Transit, Burlington Transit, Durham Region Transit, Hamilton Street Railway, MiWay (in Mississauga), Oakville Transit and TTC.

With PRESTO in Apple Wallet, you can experience the convenience of paying for transit using your iPhone or Apple Watch and make changes including loading funds to your card instantly, from anywhere.
